For security purposes, Control Keys can only be released to School or Company Administrators.

Please download the Control Key Request Form, fill out, and email back to Locker-Lock.com for verification at
info@locker-lock.com.

If you are ordering locks that require additional Control Keys, please make sure to include them with your lock order.
As a security measure, you must have a verified account with Locker-Lock.com to order Control Keys.
